Shipping Policy

  • You may call, fax, e-mail or order online at www.americanretailsupply.com
  • Special or Customer Printed Items require a deposit and may be non-returnable.
  • All Orders will be charged a $3.50 Handling fee. NO Minimum Order. 
  • Residential Deliveries will have a delivery surcharge imposed by FedEx or the common carrier delivering to you.
  • Appropriate state sales taxes will be added.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Colors in photos throughout the web site may not accurately portray the actual color of the product.
  • All prices listed are in US Dollars.
  • Damaged Items: When receiving your purchase please check the contents for damage before signing the delivery acknowledgement. Note any damage on the Bill of Lading. If your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving damaged products.
  • Returns: If you need to return anything – please notify us ahead of time, so we can give you an RMA number. Returned items are subject to a restocking fee. Special Order items may not be returnable.
  • Payment Options: Charge your order on Visa, MasterCard, Discovery or American Express, COD or American Retail Supply Terms. For Terms fill out an American Retail Supply Credit Application. After approval – terms are 1/10 Net 30.
  • Shipping: Orders are shipped the most economical way possible. Most orders will ship VIA FedEx Ground within 24 hours. If you require special shipping methods, please let us know. Many items can be shipped from all over the country depending upon your location. Most items are shipped FOB from one of our distribution centers in WA, or CO unless noted.

RETURN POLICY


    • No returns are allowed without prior approval – please notify us ahead of time so we can give you an RMA number and advise you of the address to return the product to.
    • Returned items are subject to a restocking fee
    • Special Order items may not be returnable
    • Closeout items are not returnable
    •  All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt
    • You will be responsible for all return shipping costs
    • Credits will only be issued if product is returned new and in original packaging
    • Original freight charges will not be credited
