I'm Mary Smith and I own Cottonwood Gift Shop. I want to tell you how Peter Johnson from American Retail Supply helped me catch an employee who was stealing a tremendous amount of money from us.

As I pressed for the full amount, there were many times when I got so discouraged and wanted to give up because the prosecuting attorney kept coming back to me wanting more and more complicated reports as proof. Peter patiently worked with me and went above and beyond to deliver what the police department wanted, and helped me understand what the POS system was trying to tell us about what actually took place. There is no way I could have done it without the help from Peter and American Retail Supply.

While it was a hard lesson for me, I am so thankful that I had Peter and the information in my SmartRegister system so we could identify the thief, catch her, and stop the loss of cash.
