Slatwall Panels

Slatwall is a very popular finish for your walls.  Though Slatwall is a permanent wall surface - the fixtures or attachments can be changed as often as your merchandise changes.   Color co-ordinate slatwall with your carpet, your sign or other elements in your store.    

Specifications - 4'H x 8'L. Panels are made of 3/4" MidDensity Fiber Board (MDF), Grooves are generally either 3" On Center (OC) w/16 grooves per panel or 4"OC w/11 grooves. Grooves run the length of each board. For items listed with stock numbers, the grooves run along the 8' direction of the board (horizontal).  If you need other options please call 800-426-5708 and a sales consultant will be glad to help you.  Each panel weighs 90#. Additional crating charge will be added to your order. Shipped common carrier.

Load capacities - General guidelines:

Unreinforced Slatwall (without metal inserts) will support 15-20 pounds per bracket. We recommend hardware no longer than 12" and spaced 12" apart. Place only a minimal amount of merchandise on downslanted faceouts.
Do NOT Use HANGROD or MERCHANDISING BARS on unreinforced slatwall.

Metal Reinforced Slatwall will support 70-80 pounds per bracket.

Acclimate all panels to store temperatures for 48 hours before installation.
